You supplied us with new Wireless Headsets and amazingly, your service didn’t stop with the delivery of that equipment ...... which is what we had experienced previously with another supplier .......

So after a less than satisfactory experience with that “other supplier” I found Telelink , some three years ago.  You have been very helpful since that first contact and nothing has been too much trouble for you to explain , and you are always helpful, and prompt to follow up any queries.

Hi,

I rang yesterday to organise to get someone to look at our system in Ingle Farm. 

The store reported that the tech/s were very helpful and friendly.  The fact that they took the initiative and rang Telstra about a line fault and got it escalated and managed to get a resolution on the matter that afternoon was far beyond normally expectations.

Normal business experience is to handball an issue and say it is someone else’s problem. In this case the service was exactly the opposite.
